P2 VGA text driver

A simple VGA text driver for the Parallax P2 microcontroller. Supports 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768, and 1280x1024 resolutions, with 8x8, 8x16, and 16x32 fonts... actually fonts may be any height, but width must be a multiple of 8. Understands many standard ANSI escape sequences, including ones to change color (if color output is selected).
