Maybe remove ", and save" as button is not called save

In the follow string is says ", and save" at the end.
The button is called "Add", but it sounds a bit like the button is called save.
Maybe just remove the ", and save" part.

Thank you for reviewing these. Additionally I feel that the first sentence
does not contribute enough to what this segment is trying to show (although
it is true and maybe good for marketing).

Maybe I suggest:

You can maintain a local terminology file to help you translate terms
consistently. To add a term, select the text and press Ctrl+T, where you
can fill in the details of the term.

So we get rid of "glossary" a term we don't use that much yet in the GUI,
and we don't prescribe the steps (you can do source or target first) and we
hopefully future proof the text by not referring to specific other fields
that should/shouldn't be filled. It is also much shorter, which I think we
should be trying to achieve where possible. The downside of my wording is
that it doesn't coerce the user to specifically add the source text
"Filter" right now to the glossary, which is sort-of required for the
following segments. What do you two think is the best tradeoff here?

I don't even know what glossary mean so i don't know what is the best in english.
