Go to https://notebooks.azure.com and create your free account. If you have a Skype or Outlook account things might be even easier.
Once you create your account, you'll see your profile, similar as the one shown in the image below. Navigate to your "Libraries" by clicking any of the highlighted links:
Within your "Libraries" view, click on New Library:
First choose names (DO NOT click "Create" yet):
Then click on the tab From Github, enter the following value for the field "Github Repository": rmotr/data-analysis-workshop, and click on "Import":
Now you'll see the library imported and you can start exploring the notebooks (YAY! 🎉):
