use github-changelog-generator, git-chglog or similar to create the CHANGELOG.md instad of manually adding changes/features etc.

thanks again @mweirauch for giving me a reminder on automating the CHANGELOG creation in #35 (comment).
I now implemented that in #45, maybe it's worth a look to see another tool than the one you use.
