Http Client refactor

  • Removed usage of http.DefaultClient in production code, allowed only in testing
  • Removed usage of http.NewRequest, using http.NewRequestWithContext
  • Context injection in the discovery interface
  • Context injection in soap/http clients
  • Context propagation
