Slow Querries - GUI issue

Hi :)

I have stumbled on a weird issue with Slow Query windows in DBA Dash GUI.
Yesterday I've turned On Slow Queries collection on one of my servers, and today I have this weird error...
I'm assuming it might be something with DBA Dash permissions, but I'm not entirely sure. Permissions I've granted to my DBA Dash are:
Server wide:

• View Server State
• View Any Database
• Connect Any Database
• Alter Event Session (For Slow Query trace if used)
• View Any Definition

MSDB Database:

• Add user to the db_datareader role.
• Add user to the SQLAgentReaderRole role

Version in use: v2.15.0.0

Reproduction:
When I click on my SQL instance on left hand menu, and then i pick "Slow Queries" tab, then I click on database name, and then I click on one of the slow queries (for example, on 10-30min one). I get the popup error on the picture underneeth.
But, when I do it differently:

Hi, this is an application bug that likely got introduced when I added the option to configure custom display names for instances. I've just created a fix for this which is included in 2.16.2 release. #211

The GUI only connects to the repository database. For running the GUI you just need to be a member of the "App" role in the repository database - you don't need any server-level permissions or any access to the monitored databases. The GUI gets packaged along with the service but it's also available to deploy separately.
