Check the contents of libc.so: only if the entries are prefixed, patch gcc.c (or gcc.cc for GCC 12+), to account for the changes in gentoo/gentoo#28851

Tested installation of GCCcore-10.3.0.eb with this on top of both EESSI pilot 2021.12 and 2023.04, works like a charm, so good to merge imho, so we can squeeze in easybuilders#2921 for EasyBuild v4.7.2 ... |
