Subscribers Mini

A minimal e-mail subscribe form / posting list with CSV export for WordPress.

Installation

Upload 'subscribers-mini' to the '/wp-content/plugins/' directory
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
Use [subsmin] shortcode to insert form in to a page

Shortcode Attributes

placeholder: The placeholder text in the email field
button_label: Button's label
completion_message: Message display after clicking subscribe button
