Enhancement: enable reporting multifactor authentication status(mfa)

Enable display of both the authentication and the multi factor enabled status of an account

Description

• enabled display of mfa and auth status
• moved underline function to util

Motivation and Context

Any account that are not Single Sign On(SSO) enabled, should have MFA enabled in our current
environment. This enables inspection of all accounts for both statuses.

How Has This Been Tested?

Validated output of running the script using user command
