Invalid interpolation of bs-body-color variable in bs-accordion-btn-icon url value

Describe the issue

It is probably a bug that appeared with the latest updates in the ongoing attempt to use CSS variables. --bs-accordion-btn-active-icon seems not affected (perhaps an oversight?). I think that a different approach should be taken to customize svg icon colors.
