My attempt at clarifying the "Don't mix these components" warnings in the docs.
Specifically, this explains that folks should nest such components rather than mixing them together on the same element.
(Also, cross-references are good, so this adds one.)
/to @mdo for review. Would like to land this in v3.1 since these situations are FAQs.
