SidebarNavigationItem Width Changes when Vertical Scroll Bar is shown

There was a request in the new Console that when the vertical scroll bar shows in the sidebar nav, it changes the width slightly to accommodate the bar. I noticed this also happens in OneAdmin and Admin sibebars. Is this the expected behavior?

Hey @bvsillorequez - can you provide a reproduction? Just tested it quickly on the Paste docs site and the presence of a scrollbar doesn't affect the width of the Sidebar there. Thanks!
