Release a new version of the font package that would include:

• Fixes to existing bugs
• Deprecation of SIL Graphite features and TTF layer (issue #46)
• Installable packages for GNU/Linux systems
• Improve documentation
• Port additional fonts to Unicode from CSLTeX project. This should include the fonts: Vertograd, Kathisma, Oglavie, Pochaevsk, Triodion and Akathistos
