Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable AdGuard – Popup Overlays and check it includes

##.mailpoet_form_popup_overlay
##.mailpoet_form

2. Visit the page and scroll down, see only ##.mailpoet_form is applied.

Both rules should be applied
