Address implication of Input payload size not being captured by AWS lambda insight

As of September 8th, 2024, as observed and upon further testing, it appears that AWS Lambda Insight does not seem to capture the input payload size as a part of the rx_bytes or total_network for our setup (SNS message sent with input, and using customized docker images). This implication needs to be considered by the Metrics Manager.
