Closes the following issues:

• Reduced default memory for remote CLI client to be 1,769.
• Reduced default ephemeral storage of remote CLI client to be 5,120.
• Updated the documentation regarding default memory and ephemeral storage accordingly.
• Reduced monte Carlo iterations and batches to be 200 and 2,000 respectively.
• closes Address implication of Input payload size not being captured by AWS lambda insight #326
