  2. Improve application classification code. 

    The application classification code now is done at etl time in the
nodejs software rather than in mysql. The new code supports regular
expression pattern matching and allows selection basedon the full
executable path, not just the binary name.

Also update the list of known applications and add application
field-of-science and URL metadata.
