The CI in Bazel Central Repo [failed](https://buildkite.com/bazel/bcr-presubmit/builds/1905#_) because the bzlmod example is not part of the release archive. The PR added it and fixed the version number so we don't need to patch MODULE.bazel file in the PR to BCR like [this](https://github.com/bazelbuild/bazel-central-registry/pull/882/files#diff-39eadb745744baf6dd2d39bdcd51053098d2966429068ca11e3dff06016bd015)
