Several topics on the forum reported that the flag icons such as
un.svgfor United Nations,cc.svgfor Cocos orsh.svgfor Saint Helena, are used by some Mate apps by mistake (e.g.un.svgforupdate-notifieras a fallback forun-reboot.pngwhen system reboot is required, orsh.svgfor Mate system monitor when ashbinary is running).In this PR I have implemented the file renamings suggested here https://ubuntu-mate.community/t/how-to-fix-strange-un-united-nations-flag-logo-emblem-icon-issue/27449/5
I am not sure whether it is the best way to fix this though, since some apps actually looking for
xx.svgas flags may fail to load them now. Also,un-reboot.pngis not scalable but I put it in thescalablefolder anyway.
