the and more:

corrected edit method on employeecontroller to allow passing the name value and assigning the name to employee record, as opposed to the id
added a "current department" line, and a "change department to" line to make easier for users to understand
sorted views for employees, departments, as well as the departments dropdown on the edit form
added some css for display improvements
added code so the email field displays as a "mailto" link
