Set default resolution with variables in tests (#141)

* replace instances of "mx025", "0.25", "1440" and "1080" in tests or with variables * gives MOM_input templates a trailing resolution identifier * adds data_table template so that runoff data file can be specified for different resolutions * removes coupled appBuilder files and compsets subdirectory * move vars from edit_inputs to default_vars (#44) Co-authored-by: MinsukJi-NOAA <Minsuk.Ji@noaa.gov> Co-authored-by: Minsuk Ji <57227195+MinsukJi-NOAA@users.noreply.github.com>
