Update SRW Documentation #211

The SRW Documentation needs to be updated prior to the next release.
To Include:

  • HPC-stack install info
  • Document container vs. non-container approaches to installation (EPIC will likely provide containers)
  • Tips for non-Level 1/2 users in Quickstart
  • Edits for readability/concision/newbie-friendliness
  • Expanded glossary
  • Details on all variables in the Workflow Config chapter (develop branch only includes through CPP. The v. 1.0 release has way more variables included)
  • Updated info in the intro (e.g. new citation for SRW)

These updates were made as part of the SRW App v2.0.0 release.
