Feature: Localization of validation messages

Implements so localization keys from validation messages gets localized.

This happens through the component umb-form-validation-messages, which is a clone of the UUI version with the same name.

Basically cause this enables the localization to happen last in the display process, making it simpler to use localization keys and avoid misunderstanding on where in the flow the translation is begin handled.
