Description

This PR aligns the language permission functionality in the publishing and unpublishing dialogs with the rest. We now disable the language options that a user does not have access to.

Just so you know, both dialogs can be opened from within the document workspace and the tree.

Types of changes

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
