- added label field to the FileGroup class - changed MetadataError to not be a subclass of JobError - added a re-raising clause for MetadataErrors that occur during a job as a JobError - add ability to parse a label for members from the FILES column https://umd-dit.atlassian.net/browse/LIBFCREPO-1318
