Multiple authors

On version 2.6, the rebuild command changed its behavior to accommodate multiple authors.

Different people can work on the same blog, using different .config files with different global_author values. On rebuild, every post will keep its original author name.

On 2.7, an option was introduced to avoid displaying the post author on every post. To do so, just leave the global_author variable empty.
