The error message says "Link to TA should also be in SupportReference" when Support Reference field is empty and there is a tA link in the Occurrence notes and Vice versa("Link to TA should also be in OccurrenceNote" when the Reference is there but no tA article link in Occurrence notes).

The message should be something like "Support Reference field is empty while the Occurrence Notes have a tA Link available".
