Note: We have BRS instruction to run ant. The build script download ISO data, parse the content and compared with the list stored in NumericCodeData.java. So we can check changes every time. I added SLE/695 in the file in this PR.

At this moment (March 30), this ant target will fail, because the master ISO-4217 data from SIX is not yet updated, After SIX update the master data (expected April 1), the error should be gone.
