We should upgrade to CosmWasm 2.x since we are going to need the middleware support

This is blocked currently since ibc-go haven't release their libwasmvm2.0 version yet

ibc-go have not released the libwasmvm2.0 version yet but their main branch is libwasmvm2.0 compatible so maybe for this week, we can upgrade and start using it localy and I can push them to do a release
2 weeks ago I talked with them and they said tyhey are gonna backport soon
