feat: color utils

Export color utils from consola/utils subpath:

• colors[name]
• getColor(name)
• colorize(name, text)

Implementation is based on colorette which was already being used to make some small tweaks and generate types from the source. (Thanks @jorgebucaran and contribs for this amazing lib ❤️ )

Also thanks @antfu for original idea in #166
