Application Introduction

• MyPHR is a platform-independent health data sharing medium, a solution for authorized healthcare providers to share and access data generated by their counterparts delivering care to the same individuals, and a tool for individuals to be engaged in and aware of their health data.
• MyPHR_Portal is the endpoint enabling patient to interact with the system.
• The functionality includes login, view activities, profile, episodes, configure alerts, edit/add information and add comments.
• The application connects to RESTful API for CRUD operations.
