This PR adds scripts for Expo SDK 51. When creating an expo app with
create expo-app, there are configs missing. This script updates theapp.jsonconfig to add the new Expo architecture, and the other script createseas.jsonwith the specific content forEXPO_USE_FAST_RESOLVER: '1',
