- What is your interaction with forms?
- Do you manage the current form process?
- Do you make changes to the forms your group manages?
- How many forms does your group manage?
- Do you use contractors in order to make changes to forms?
- How are changes made to the form? Walk us through the steps you take.
- How costly is it to do so, in terms of time, resources, and money? (potential procurement implications)
- How often are these changes made (frequency/percentages)
- What are your biggest painpoints in managing/making changes to forms now?

- How much time (labor, calendar) does the department spend processing a typical good/rejected form?
