    11 vulnerabilities (5 moderate, 6 high)

I can confirm master code is now once again functional after this commit.

The latest master code including this change is running here:
https://metrics.haiku-os.org

We're using Postgresql 14, and things are functioning properly again.

The remaining 11 vulnerabilities might require code changes, and i'm no javascript developer. The changes applied are the "api compatible" upgrades to resolve vulnerabilities via npm audit fix
