Implement self annotation of build deploy while running when a new step is reached
Monitor annotations via build controller
controller gets build logs and sends them to logs2s3
logs2s3 updates log file in storage, plus updates updates the deployment with no new data (but this will trigger the ui to update)
use graphql subscriptions for ui to update when there is an update of the build-step field
