Checklist
Paying off some technical debt by upgraded to the latest version of keycloak that still supports our startup script. No major changes should be noticed by end users, upgrade is automatic.
Two new features:
KEYCLOAK_ADMIN_USERenvironment variable is now used by the apiClosing issues
