I'm having trouble with the markdownextradata plugin - i installed it via pip but i'm still getting |

This PR introduces the ability to white-label Lagoon documentation.
The use of the
markdownextradataplugin allows a defaults.yml file to be populated, and this will then replace any variables in the documentation.
