chore: update ssh service with libnss-ato instead of libnss-mysql

Database Migrations

Update ssh to use arm64 and other updates to the ssh service

Replace libnss-mysql with libnss-ato to handle the initial "user" lookup.

Remove old openshift client and references to openshift which no longer is used

This is a great improvement. Having already authenticated, removing the additional unnecessary authentication step is a big deal!
