The primary objective of this project is to create a comprehensive Power BI dashboard for Saddam Technologies, an Egyptian EdTech company specializing in the sales of tech courses across various domains. This dashboard aims to provide a detailed analysis of Saddam Technologies' dataset, enabling the Director and Management team to have a consolidated view of the company's performance metrics.

Sales Performance Analysis: The dashboard will offer comprehensive insights into the sales performance of Saddam Technologies, including revenue trends, course-wise sales, geographical distribution of sales, and sales team performance metrics.

For this project I have provided dataset provides a detailed record of sales transactions and related activities for Saddam Technologies, an Egyptian EdTech company specializing in tech courses across various domains. It comprises information on fees status, dates, advertising channels, advertisements, enrolled courses, paid fees, number of phone calls, average call duration, training models, training levels, area codes, sales team members, and consultants.
- **Fees Status: Indicates whether the fees for the course have been paid or not.
- Day: The day of the month when the transaction occurred.
- Month: The month when the transaction occurred.
- Advertising Channel: The platform or channel through which the advertisement was published to attract customers.
- Advertisement: Unique identifier for each advertisement.
- Enrolled Courses: Number of courses enrolled by the customer.
- Paid Fees: The amount of fees paid by the customer for the enrolled courses.
- Number of Phone Calls: The count of phone calls made in relation to the transaction.
- Average Call Duration: The average duration of each phone call made.
- Training Models: The model or framework of the training course.
- Training Levels: The level or proficiency of the training course.
- Area Code: The code representing the geographical area associated with the transaction.
- Sales Team: The member of the sales team involved in the transaction.
- Consultant: The consultant associated with the transaction, who may provide guidance or support to the customer.
The dataset encompasses transactions spanning various advertising channels such as television ads, company website, Facebook page, WhatsApp, and Google Ads. It also includes details regarding the timing of advertisements, enrollment numbers, fees paid, communication activities (phone calls), and personnel involved (sales team members and consultants). This rich dataset enables comprehensive analysis of sales performance, advertisement effectiveness, customer engagement, and consultant contributions, thereby facilitating strategic decision-making and performance optimization for Saddam Technologies.

Total earning for Saddam Technologies is reported to be 15,990,000,000 Egyptian currency units. Additionally, the total number of paid courses stands at 926.
A table analysis reveals that Mohammed consultant has generated the highest sales revenue among all consultants, totaling 1,727,000,000 Egyptian currency units.
An analysis represented through a line chart showcases the monthly earnings for Saddam Technologies. The chart displays variations in earnings across different months, with distinct points highlighting the highest, average, and lowest earnings. This visual representation aids in understanding the revenue trends over time.
Two separate donut charts illustrate the distribution of paid and unpaid calls. The analysis reveals that there have been a total of 926 paid calls and 311 unpaid calls. These charts provide a clear overview of the call reception status and help in assessing communication effectiveness.
The total enrolled courses are 2643, with an average enrollment of 2.14 courses per campaign. Additionally, a line chart depicts the distribution of enrolled courses by month.
Analysis reveals that the highest earnings are from television ads (4.6 billion), followed by Facebook ads (3.5 billion), company website (2.57 billion), WhatsApp (2.5 billion), Google ads (1.8 billion), and the least from YouTube channels (0.8 billion).
A scatter plot indicates the average call duration by month, with an overall average call duration of 4.27 minutes. The minimum duration recorded is 2.00 minutes, and the maximum is 12 minutes.
A table analysis identifies KJI > L$ as the training level with the highest revenue, totaling 3.337 billion.
A bar chart showcases revenue by training level, offering a visual comparison of revenue across different levels.
A line chart displays the number of enrolled courses by training level, indicating that KJI > L$ has the highest enrollment (562), while Pre. L$ has the lowest (184).
