The Enterprise RA model was incorporated into the CP as an option.
There are currently no plans to support or allow Enterprise RAs.

Consideration for removing entirely and revisiting if / when the need is defined as a valid use case:

Remove the Enterprise RA language and requirements for v1.0 of the CP.
