Refactoring the whole styling of the site screenshots are provided below with each page showing what has been changed

Testing

Every change was testing and nothing that isn't working has been readded

Additional Information

I have also added the password encryption as we didn't have that during testing

Changes:

1. I have changed the notes field to be a text area as that is how the rest of the site does notes to ensure consistency
2. Suggest that we change the date and time field to match how the gov.uk branding style does it https://design-system.service.gov.uk/patterns/dates/
3. Create something similar to the above for time
4. Check if they can both be converted to epoch after
