Changes for disable button and ticket type option
Issues Description:
Issue 1: When creating a ticket type and leave space in starting and save because when using space in starting so alphabetic order ignore on the customer side and admin side
Issue 2: If we take a special character with pressing the shift button and without pressing the shift button in the ticket type option so should not take these special characters
Issue 3: If we take extra space in the ticket type description field, we have added this ticket type so after that ticket not showing properly
Issue 4: If categories are disabled should be preview button be disabled
