Please note there are two ways to create a pull request.

From code end:

You need to fetch all latest changes first from master branch then make your other changes for which you are creating a pull request otherwise there can be conflicts or many things can be overwritten by pull request.

Directly From Git Hub :

You branch should be up to date with latest changes. (as currently there were many changes with composer file form our side so when you will create a pull request then you have old composer code so it may also merge with pull request so make your repository up to date first before creating a pull request.)

For this you can delete your old repository and again fork it then all latest changes will be there and you can create a pull request.
