Update United Kingdom holidays:

• New Year's Day in ENG, NIR, WLS officially introduced since 1975
• St. Patrick's Day (NIR) - since 1903
• St. Andrew's Day (SCT) - since 2006
• Boxing Day in SCT - since 1974

Type of change

• New country/market holidays support (thank you!)
• Supported country/market holidays update (calendar discrepancy fix, localization)
• Existing code/documentation/test/process quality improvement (best practice, cleanup, refactoring, optimization)
• Dependency upgrade (version update)
