• Added app.kubernetes.io/xxx labels to all Helm resources
  • along with Helm best practices and K8s's recommend labels documents.
• Revise Scylla replicas used in Getting started docs.

Environment:

• Golang Version: 1.14.3
• Docker Version: 19.03.8
• Kubernetes Version: 1.18.2
• NGT Version: 1.11.5
