Much needed maintenance release in preparation for TypeScript 4.4.x on TFE.

• React 17
• Next 11 - for babel plugin
• remove atsm (awesome-typed-sass-modules)
  • kill all *.scss.d.ts definition files

The gatsby/docz situation is pretty ugly. Checkout halo and try yarn run dev (see attached below). Console spews all kinds of "fatal" errors.

There is some recent movement on the docz repo, which inspires hope. Not sure if there's anything actionable here. I eagerly wait for docz's next point release.
