[Docs] small correction in 11-middleware.mdx #60189

What?

A tiny correction could be made in an example in the Middleware usage example.

Why?

N/A

How?

  1. Verified that the actual cookie returned in the response headers matches this.
  2. Fixed the example
  3. Ran pnpm prettier-fix
