example for vuex init middleware

how to use

1. include stateCache.js to your project
2. register it to the middleware of vuex
3. then start your journey with a new component
4. two methods: initComponent & changeCacheState will be automatically available to all your state modules
   they are one for getting init state of your module and another for change cached init state and replace with a new one
