IDya is a platform where, users collaboratively submit, vote and improvise ideas. It's easier to understand which ideas are worth implementing from the votes given by the users.

3. Top Ideas page will display top ideas of today, week, month, year, all time.
4. Users can comment on ideas
5. Users can provide improvisations to ideas
6. Users can also vote improvisations
7. Users can also provide comments to improvisations
8. Once the idea is implemented, the idea can be closed as "implemented"
