Settings screen has incorrect model selected when initialized

Braking change was introduced in textual 0.53 with this Textualize/textual#3869.

Now settings screen 'model' value is always selected based on 'service' i.e. first value in list of models. This is because now select sends alway change events even during initialization.

Waiting information what's the preferred way to ignore change events. See Textualize/textual#4368.
